Narek
Meet Narek, our dedicated personal trainer, who with his skill and passion for calisthenics takes training to a whole new level. Narek masters all the basic skills and strives to perfect advanced exercises like thumb planks and equally extreme exercises. If you want a trainer who has mastered a lot of skills himself, then Narek is the one to go with

Magnus
Magnus has been practicing calisthenics since 2019 and has competed at the top level at the Danish Championships in both 2022 and 2023. With a strong background in this demanding form of training, he is dedicated to helping you achieve your goals, whether it's strength, body control, or general fitness.
Magnus is known for his ability to understand your unique needs and guide you through the entire training process. He creates personalized training plans that match your level and ambitions, ensuring you feel confident and motivated on your journey to becoming a stronger and healthier version of yourself.

Book a meetingThe program package combines personal training with a training plan.
- 1 Session for testing training capacity and reviewing goals- 1 Goal-based programming, 2 months duration

Book a meetingThe personal session includes an hour of training, where the trainer ensures that your technique is on point.

Course: variable by choice
Book a meetingAll courses include programming, ongoing adaptation, follow-up, level testing and goal setting assistance. The course is perfect for those who feel unsure about calisthenics, have hit a plateau or have problems with the technique in more advanced exercises, such as muscle-ups.
Progress:
2 months, 1x session per week: 5,500 DKK
2 months, 2x session per week: 9,000 DKK
4 months, 1x session per week: 9,000 DKK4 months, 2x session per week: 18,000 DKK

It is not tailor-made, but is a great start for those of you who just want to get a feel for Calisthenics and make sure you are training correctly.
